Lottery enthusiasts across the state of Tennessee checked their tickets following the conclusion of multiple drawings conducted on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The Tennessee Lottery manages a diverse portfolio of draw games designed to offer players varied prize tiers and jackpot opportunities, with drawings taking place throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Headlining the evening’s events was the multi-state Powerball drawing. The winning white ball numbers drawn for September 12 were 14, 16, 23, 58, and 69, paired with the red Powerball number 03. Players who opted for the additional Power Play feature saw a multiplier of 2 selected for the night's drawing, which can multiply non-jackpot earnings depending on the specific tier of prizes won.
Alongside the primary Powerball game, participants also evaluated their chances with the companion Powerball Double Play drawing. The winning sequence drawn for Double Play on Saturday evening was 21, 24, 32, 48, and 51, with the Double Play Powerball number being 12. This supplementary feature gives players another chance to match numbers using the same play combinations from the main ticket.
Another major multi-state game featured on Saturday was Lotto America. The winning numbers selected for the Sept. 12 drawing were 02, 08, 15, 43, and 52. The Star Ball number for the night was 09, and the All Star Bonus multiplier was established at 02, offering ticket holders additional payout potential on lower-tier winning tickets.
State-specific jackpot selections also yielded new winning combinations for local participants. The Daily Tennessee Jackpot drawing produced the winning numbers 05, 08, 28, 30, and 35. Concurrently, the Millionaire for Life drawing revealed the winning combination of 02, 13, 42, 45, and 58, with a Bonus number of 02.
Players participating in Tennessee’s daily draw options saw multiple chances to win throughout the day in the Cash 3 game. In the Morning drawing, the winning digits were 6-5-0, accompanied by a Wild number of 4. The Midday drawing followed with the numbers 1-1-9 and a Wild number of 0. The daily sequence concluded with the Evening drawing, which generated the numbers 9-3-5 alongside a Wild number of 6.
The four-digit daily game, Cash 4, followed a similar multi-draw daily structure. The Morning session yielded the numbers 2-9-0-3 with a Wild number of 0. Later in the afternoon, the Midday drawing resulted in the combination 9-3-2-4 with a Wild number of 8. The Saturday schedule wrapped up with the Evening drawing, posting the winning sequence 3-3-5-3 with a Wild number of 5.
For participants holding winning tickets from any of these drawings, the Tennessee Lottery outlines distinct procedures based on the total value of the prize. Any authorized Tennessee Lottery retailer is permitted to validate and pay out winnings that amount to $599 or less directly to players over the counter, simplifying the redemption process for low-tier winnings.
When prize values exceed $599, ticket holders must navigate a formal redemption procedure that can be completed either by mail or by visiting an official lottery office. When claiming by mail, winners are instructed to send the signed original winning ticket, a fully completed winner claim form, a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification, and verification of their Social Security number to P.O. Box 290636, Nashville, TN 37229. Contact details should always be included in mailings in case lottery staff need to reach the claimant.
Those who prefer to present their claims in person must follow specific security measures. The claimant must sign the back of the winning ticket, complete an official claim form, and provide both a government-issued ID and proof of Social Security number upon arrival at one of the state's authorized claim facilities.
The central hub for all prize redemptions is the Tennessee Lottery Nashville Headquarters and Claim Center, situated at 26 Century Blvd., Nashville, TN 37214. Open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, this headquarters facility is the only center equipped to process and pay out prizes of any monetary amount. Dedicated regional phone lines serve claimants based on their location, including 615-254-4946 for the (615) and (629) area codes, 901-466-4946 for the (901) area, 865-512-4946 for the (865) area, 423-939-7529 for the (423) area, 1-877-786-7529 for all other parts of Tennessee, and 615-254-4946 for inquiries from outside the state.
