The Tennessee Lottery has officially released the winning numbers for its full lineup of drawings held on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026. Players across the Volunteer State who purchased tickets for multi-state jackpot drawings as well as state-specific daily contests can now examine their slips to determine whether they have secured a cash prize.
Headlining the evening slate was the multi-state Mega Millions drawing, which continues to attract widespread participation among players hoping for life-changing sums. The winning combination drawn on the night of Sept. 15 consisted of the white ball numbers 27, 36, 43, 57, and 58, alongside the gold Mega Ball number 16.
Tennessee’s popular daily numbers games also generated multiple sets of results throughout the day. For the Cash 3 game, which provides players with three separate opportunities to participate each weekday and Saturday, the morning drawing yielded the winning sequence 4-4-7 with a Wild number of 4. Later in the afternoon, the midday Cash 3 drawing produced 5-0-8 with a Wild number of 6, followed by the evening drawing which resulted in 2-7-5 with a Wild number of 6.
Participants in the Cash 4 game similarly saw three separate outcomes over the course of the day. The Cash 4 morning drawing resulted in the numbers 1-1-9-1 paired with a Wild number of 1. During the midday drawing, the winning selection was 5-0-7-7 with a Wild number of 9, while the evening drawing rounded out the schedule with the winning combination 1-4-0-7, also carrying a Wild number of 9.
In addition to the multi-digit numbers games, lottery officials announced the winning numbers for the Daily Tennessee Jackpot. The selection drawn on the evening of Sept. 15 featured the winning numbers 05, 15, 24, 32, and 38. This in-state rolling jackpot game offers participants a recurring chance to win nightly cash rewards.
The results were also confirmed for the Millionaire for Life drawing. For the Sept. 15 event, the selected winning numbers were 05, 06, 14, 36, and 38, complemented by the Bonus ball number 03. This game provides ticket holders with another route toward substantial payouts through its daily drawing schedule.
With the winning selections verified, lottery administrators are reminding participants of the standard procedures required to redeem winning tickets across the state. The specific method of redemption is determined primarily by the total cash value of the prize won. Any licensed Tennessee Lottery retail location is authorized to validate and pay out winning tickets for amounts valued up to $599.
For prizes exceeding $599, players are required to follow formal claim protocols through the Tennessee Lottery rather than cashing out at a local storefront. For these larger sums, claimants have the choice of completing the process either by postal mail or by visiting an authorized Tennessee Lottery claim office in person. Prize claims under $600 do not necessitate a formal claim form.
Players choosing to submit their claims through the postal service must assemble several required documents to ensure proper verification. The claim package must contain a fully completed official winner claim form, the original winning lottery ticket, a photocopy of a valid government-issued photo identification, and official proof of the claimant's Social Security number. All mail-in submissions must be directed to P.O. Box 290636, Nashville, TN 37229, and players are urged to provide clear contact information in case lottery officials need to reach them.
Those who prefer to present their winning tickets in person must sign the back of their physical ticket, complete a winner claim form, and present their government-issued ID and Social Security documentation at an official office. The Tennessee Lottery Headquarters and Central Claim Center is situated at 26 Century Blvd., Nashville, TN 37214. Open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Nashville facility is the sole location authorized to validate and pay out prizes of any monetary amount. Players with inquiries can contact the central office at 615-254-4946, with regional contact lines available for the 901 area at 901-466-4946, the 865 area at 865-512-4946, the 423 area at 423-939-7529, or toll-free statewide at 1-877-786-7529.
To accommodate players outside the middle Tennessee region, district offices are maintained across the state, operating from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Knoxville District Office is located inside the Cedar Springs Shopping Center at 9298 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922, and can be reached by phone at 865-251-1900.
